Jump In Africa (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://jumpinafrica.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General
We proudly offer you the highest quality Trampolines made in South Africa. All Jump In Africa Trampolines are Handmade in South Africa.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can assist with your query. For all customer service enquiries, please email us at sales@jumpinafrica.com.

2. Lead Times
All lead times posted on the site are APPROXIMATE and subject to change. However, if you need
Customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the website and shipping provider.
All Courier fees will be for the client’s account.
3. Cancellations & Returns
Once orders are placed there are no cancellation. Once your order has begun, no changes can be made. You will have to add an additional order. Trampolines MAY ONLY BE RETURNED due to a manufacturing DEFECT and will be subject to evaluation of the product.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
This will be offered on the Trampoline Frame and Handlebar. But is subjected to evaluation and will not be covered due to end user product misuse. Scratched, scuffed, minor damage or etc suffered during use and/or training will NOT be replaced or covered under the Jump In Africa LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Our Trampolines are built to deliver exceptional performance, durability and stability.
All spares are in stock for our trampoline warranties and/or sales to the public.
IF A PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANY WAY THIS WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.
All products undergo strict quality control before heading out to our clients.
Jump In Africa is not responsible for any damages to products due to shipping and handling errors from any Couriers.
Returns of ANY ITEM SOLD by Jump In Africa are at the sole discretion of the Company and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All returns will be for the client’s account.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

4. Franchise Orders
All franchise orders will be studio specific as per the franchise agreement.
Please make sure you understand that all Franchise Orders are made to order and require different lead times and arrangements.
NO RETURNS on any Franchise Orders will be accepted. Franchise Orders are made to clients/studio specifications.
All Courier fees will be on the client’s account.
