Will i lose weight with trampoline fitness

Like with any fitness journey, a balanced diet and lifestyle change is essential to contribute to weight loss.

However, trampoline fitness burns more calories per minute than traditional forms of cardio (like running or cycling). Consistency is the key!

Can i do this with a back/knee/ancle injury

With any injury, old or new, you will have to consult your health care provider to get the go-ahead. That said, trampoline fitness is a great way for rehabilitation and offers muscle-strengthening benefits with no impact on the joints.

What are the benefits of trampoline fitness

There is a whole bunch of great benefits, from weight loss to mental health and everything in between.

can i do this whilst pregnant

Trampoline fitness is not advised during pregnancy, however you can consult your professional medical practitioner to clear you for this excersise during the 1st trimester only.

is it normal to feel stiff in my lower back/abdomen after this excersise

This is very normal. Your body needs to acknowledge new muscles awakening and to get used to the bounce. With consistency, this too shall pass.

is it normal that i feel the need to urinate during this excersise?

Totally normal! Especially after having kids. Just keep going! Over time your palvic floor will strengthen and these symptoms may alleviate completely.

can i do this after a hip replacement

Totally! Start out slow and steady until you can work yourself up to progress. Trampoline fitness helps with blood circulation and clot preventions. It strengthens your surrounding muscles to improve mobility.
This excersise improves oxygen in the blood that helps nourish and rebuild cells.

Barefoot or with shoes

This is personal preference, however light weight trainers gives you more grip and stability on the trampoline and also keeps your ancle in place.
